NASCAR Chassis A NASCAR chassis setup on a rail fixture allows design changes to be handled with minimal time and effort. Every feature of a chassis from a front clip, a rear clip, a roll cage, etc. can be welded using our precision modular tooling. The rails in the floor (length made to order) allow for even more versatility as they can be spaced apart at any distance.

Fixture Highlights

• Rails mounted in floor are calibrated with a laser to within 0.005”
  
  
• recision bores in rails held to +/- 0.001” between centers
  
  
• ridges can be doweled accurately to on rails wherever needed
  
  
• Tables can also be fitted to rails
