Welding Robot with Head & Tailstock
Robots and those who program them prefer accurate, repeatable fixturing to guarantee good parts will be made. An economical solution for a head and tail stock style robot is a single modular spine down the center with outriggers pinned and bolted off the sides where needed. With tolerances between bores within 0.001” and flatness of 0.0018/12”, the robot will have no excuses for bad parts. |

Welding Robot with Rollover Fixture
As an alternative to a single spine rollover fixture, this setup features a pair of modular face plates with twin beams connecting the head and tailstock. The weldment that is fixtured between the beams is exposed on both the front and backsides enabling the robot to completely weld the part in one setup. The beams can be easily repositioned for other size weldments on future jobs. |

Welding Robot with Gantry
Large robotic applications often involve a traveling gantry style robot arm with stationary tooling plates or tables in front. Modular weld tables are anchored to the floor on short legs in order to achieve repeatability year after year. The entire family of modular components used in manual welding cells can also be shared with the fixturing for robotic applications. |

Welding Robot with Pallet Changer
Some robots are outfitted with a pool of indexable pallets. In order to keep pace with the robot, the fixturing needs to be quick, adaptable and easy to use. With our 8-sided modular worktable mounted on each pallet, a single set of tooling can be used by the operator to build an infinite number of fixtures for both pre-tacked parts and loose piece assemblies. |

Welding Robot with Carousel
Ferris wheel or carousel fixturing options for a robot are an efficient way to keep the robot up and running at all times. While the welding is being done in a protected environment on one fixture, the 2nd fixture is either being loaded with the next part or the fixture is being reassembled for a new job. One common set of modular tooling is shared between both fixtures.
