Venturi Flow Meter Multiple diameter pipes in a single weldment poses a problem for hand fit up in keeping the centerline true, but using a modular fixture with adjustable pipe supports on a precision spine fixture takes all the guesswork out.  To further simplifiy the process, a pair of flange alignment plates are used to keep the bolt hole pattern in each flange lined up with one another.
