An entire family of railings, ladders, steps and other safety items for heavy equipment manufacturers can be tooled up for welding with a single set of reusable modular components. Starting with a weld table full of precision spaced locating holes (±0.001” between centers), modular tooling blocks can be locked into any location to accommodate an unlimited number of weldments.
