Bridges and Rails

Fab shops who install a rail system can start small and add on as the need arises. A simple rail system can start as small as a single pair of 1,000 x 1,000mm (40” x 40”) rails and later grow into a 100’ long x 50’ wide installation. Tables and bridges can also be added on in future years as the need arises.

Fixture Highlights

Over a dozen modular bridges and tables sit atop the floor rails
A 45’ long laser-cut sheetmetal weldment is fixtured on 4 tables
Large angles hold the Sheetmetal perpendicular to the table surface
C-Clamps ad swing clamps hold the sheetmetal to the angle faces
