The concrete floor underneath these rails measured over 1” between the high and low spot. The rails on this 13’ x 23’ fixture were calibrated within 0.008” flatness overall. Documentation was also provided as part of the calibration service.
Some of our larger installations make use of our rail system embedded in the floor. Our trained technicians use a laser based system during the installation process to calibrate the rails.
